Dashboards

A KPI dashboard showing what's happening at your concrete plant

Gesthorm brings what it already records (delivery notes, invoices, purchases and collections) together in a KPI dashboard you can check on any device with internet access, without building spreadsheets at the end of the month.

What a KPI dashboard does for a concrete plant

At a concrete plant the data is there, but scattered: delivery notes in the batching controller, invoices in administration, raw material purchases somewhere else and collections waiting to be reconciled. Knowing how the month is going means pulling it all together.

A management dashboard brings those indicators together on a single screen. In Gesthorm it feeds itself, because delivery notes arrive from the plant, invoices come out of its wizards and collections are recorded in the same application.

Which indicators you can check

Gesthorm's dashboards let you check, all in one place and among many others:

  • Debtor days for each customer.
  • Customer credit risk, calculated from the invoices issued and collected.
  • Sales and purchases.
  • Profitability and profit by period.
  • Raw material consumption and mass balance.
  • Delivery notes and invoices.

On a laptop or a mobile

All these reports can be viewed on any device with internet access. So you can check a customer's risk or how the month's sales are going wherever you are, with the same data the office has.

Some of the reports

These are some of the reports you'll be able to view:

Current customer credit risk

By customer, by month, by sales rep and by type, based on the invoices issued and collected.

Average collection period

For each customer, with their sales and what has been invoiced but not collected.

Profit report

Sales and gross profit to assess each period.

Customer and product delivery notes

What has been supplied to each customer and of each product.

Try it with the demo

You can open the data analysis demo, published in Power BI with sample data, and explore the Power BI dashboards just as your team would.

If one indicator isn't enough, Gesthorm's custom reports let you choose fields, filters, sort order and totals, and export the result to Excel. To see where the data comes from, take a look at risk and collections, cost per cubic metre and mass balance.

Where can the dashboard be viewed?

Does the data have to be prepared by hand?

No. It comes from what Gesthorm already records: the delivery notes arriving from the batching controller, invoices and collections.

Can I see a demo of the dashboards?

Yes. The website has a data analysis demo published in Power BI, with sample data.

What if I need a report that isn't there?

With custom reports you choose the fields, filters, sort order and totals, and export it to Excel. Gesthorm also adapts to each company's specific requirements if needed.
