Connection with the plants

Gesthorm connects to your concrete batching plant

Whatever the batching software at your concrete batching plant records reaches the office on its own. Whatever you register at the office reaches the plant on its own. Nobody has to type up a delivery note again.

What happens when the plant and the office work separately

At the plant, every load goes out with its delivery note created in the batching software. At the office, someone else has to enter those delivery notes into the management software to invoice them, control stock and know what has been consumed.

That second round of typing is where errors creep in: a delivery note that never gets entered, a site spelt wrong, consumption that doesn't match raw material deliveries. And invoicing is held up until someone finishes copying everything.

Gesthorm removes that step. It connects to each plant's loading system and collects the information as soon as it is generated.

Customer delivery note in Gesthorm: plant, series, customer, site, vehicle, driver, item, quantity produced and raw material consumption
A customer delivery note with its raw material consumption, exactly as Gesthorm imports it from the batching controller.

What reaches the office from the plant

  • Sales delivery notes, with their customer, site, vehicle, driver, item and quantity produced.
  • Raw material consumption for each delivery note: how much of each raw material has been used.
  • Incoming delivery notes for raw materials. Gesthorm stores in each one the cost of the material purchased and its haulage cost, based on the haulier that made the trip.

What reaches the plant from the office

The customers, sites, vehicles, hauliers and drivers you register at the office are sent to the plants' loading software. That way the plant always works with the same data as the office and nothing has to be registered twice.

Concrete batching plant software it works with

Gesthorm integrates with every brand of concrete batching plant. Here are some of them:

Arco

By Arco Electrónica.

Kobetón

By Frumecar.

Software PCD

By Horus.

GestecNet

By Leca.

Conex

By Proin.

Other manufacturers

If your plant uses different software, we'll look at it with you in the demo.

In real time or with files

The information can be centralised in a single database accessed over the internet, in real time. If a plant doesn't have a good connection, you can also work by importing and exporting files.

With the data already in, Gesthorm uses it to invoice delivery notes automatically, reconcile the mass balance and stock and calculate the cost of each cubic metre.

And if you also have to issue the transport control document, the supply delivery note can be issued as a DeCA, the electronic control document: DeCA for concrete plants is integrated with Gesthorm.

Which concrete plants does Gesthorm integrate with?

With every brand of concrete batching plant. Among them, Arco by Arco Electrónica, Kobetón by Frumecar, Software PCD by Horus, GestecNet by Leca and Conex by Proin.

Do I have to change the plant's software?

No. Gesthorm works with the loading software each plant already has, whatever the manufacturer.

What information is exchanged?

From the plant to the office: sales delivery notes, consumption and purchases. From the office to the plant: customers, sites, vehicles, hauliers and drivers.

Does the plant need an internet connection?

To work in real time, yes. If the connection isn't good, the information can be transferred by importing and exporting files.

Does it work if each plant has a different batching controller?
