Invoicing

Invoicing software that bills every concrete delivery note in a few clicks

If delivery notes already arrive on their own from the batching controller, invoicing them shouldn't take hours either. Gesthorm is delivery note and invoicing software for concrete with three automatic invoicing wizards, and it meets the requirements for verifiable invoicing systems.

Invoicing software with three automatic wizards

  • By customer and site. You choose a customer, a site and a period, and the delivery notes you haven't invoiced yet appear. Tick the ones you want and the invoice is done.
  • By plant and period. You choose a plant and a period, click “Invoice” and Gesthorm invoices all the customers of that plant for that period.
  • For printing. You filter by plant, customer, site, payment method and period, and every invoice matching those criteria is printed, one after another.

You can also create invoices manually from delivery notes or for free-text items, as well as pro forma invoices.

Verifiable invoicing (Spain's Veri*Factu)

Gesthorm's invoicing system meets the requirements of article 29.2.j of Ley 58/2003, General Tributaria (Spanish General Tax Act), and of the Reglamento de Requisitos de los Sistemas de Facturación (RRSIF, the Spanish regulation on invoicing systems). In practice:

  • Each invoice is stored in an invoicing record with a hash chained to the previous one.
  • Each invoice carries its own QR code.

And what comes after invoicing

  • Control of collections and returned payments.
  • Each customer's credit risk and debtor days, calculated automatically.
  • A forecast of the invoices that raw material suppliers and hauliers should send you, so you can compare them with the ones you receive.
  • Complete integrated accounting, or export of sales invoices and collections to your accounting software.

What an invoicing day looks like

With the plant connection up and running, the process looks like this:

1. The plant loads

The delivery note is created at the batching controller, as always.

2. It reaches Gesthorm

The delivery note comes in on its own, with its cost and selling price.

3. The wizard invoices

By customer and site or by plant and period.

4. Printed or sent

With its hash and QR code, and it goes through to accounting.

No more retyping delivery notes

Fast invoicing starts earlier: with not having to enter delivery notes by hand. That's what the connection with your plant's loading software takes care of.
