Risk and collections

Know your debtor days and who is slow to pay

If you supply concrete to sites that pay late, risk builds up without anyone noticing. Gesthorm calculates each customer's credit risk and debtor days from the invoices you issue and collect, with no separate spreadsheets.

Credit risk, calculated automatically

Gesthorm automatically calculates each customer's current risk based on the invoices issued and collected. You can view it by customer, by month, by sales rep and by type.

When you prepare a quote, Gesthorm shows you the customer's maximum risk alongside the theoretical profitability. So you decide before you deliver, not after.

Debtor days for each customer

For each customer you have their sales, their debtor days (days sales outstanding, DSO), what has been invoiced but not collected and the outstanding risk. You also keep track of payments on the invoices issued and of returned payments.

Credit control reports

All of them can be viewed on any device with internet access:

Current risk

By customer, by month, by sales rep and by type.

Average collection period

With sales, what has been invoiced but not collected and the outstanding risk.

Profit

Try it with sample data

You can open the data analysis demo and explore the dashboards. The data comes from Gesthorm's invoicing, so it stays up to date without you doing anything.
