When every plant is a world of its own

With several plants, each one usually has its own loading software and its own data. Knowing how much has been sold across all of them, how much raw material is left at each one or which customer owes money at another means pulling together information from different places.

Multi-site management: how your ready mix concrete plants are centralised

  • Each plant keeps its own batching controller. Gesthorm captures from it the incoming raw material delivery notes and the outgoing concrete delivery notes, as well as customers, sites, drivers and vehicles.
  • The information is held in the same database, accessed over the internet, or transferred by importing and exporting files.
  • The stock of each raw material is tracked per plant.

What you can do per plant

  • Invoice all the customers of a plant for a period with a single wizard (see invoicing).
  • Print invoices filtered by plant, customer, site, payment method and period.
  • See the stock and mass balance of each plant.
  • Produce custom reports for any plant, or for all of them together.
